We wanted to share with everyone a letter Sanders recently received from a long time customer.
You may not remember me, but you did some work for my husband, Wayne, and me years ago and we continued as customers ever since.
It’s been wonderful to watch you grow your company- and still maintain your quality. We consistently experienced superior service, regardless of which department we needed to use or which technician was sent.
When Wayne passed away in 2007, I expanded our maintenance contract to include all of your services. I can’t tell you how wonderful it has been to have immediate and excellent service no matter what my problem has been. Your technicians and office staff are efficient, courteous and friendly.
Knowing Sanders was there for me-to fix all of my home problems and to give me good advice- gave me such peace of mind when I found myself all alone, without Wayne to know what to do or who to call with any problem.
I have just moved to a continuing care retirement community where maintenance is included, so unfortunately I have no need to continue my service contract with Sanders.
Once again, I just want to say thanks to you and all of your employees for the superior service you have given me over the years.
This is the reason we do what we do each day, our customers depend on us to advise and assist them with the care of their homes.
